CHEF SERVICES
We thrive in our cuisine and we can guarantee it will be the best bites of your trip to Mexico! We aim to have our core business in our dishes cooked by the comfort of your vacation home, and this is why we have one of the best chefs in the region.

Chef has designed some unique dishes based in his international experience and mexican roots, for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, cocktail and also our fine dining, consisting in author cuisine for the most demanding palates. Please note that every dish the chef cooks has a cost. The chef will send you the menu prior to your arrival. Check your menu before ordering.

You can choose from the variety of options and menus that the chef has to offer, and the times available, which have to be booked in advanced to guarantee availability, since the chef is serving other villas from TRM. Do not hesitate to choose to design your own menu with chef, at least two weeks prior to your arrival if the options provided do not satisfy your palate.
We want to make your culinary experience unique, so make sure to plan your menus ahead so that you can get the best out of your chef.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
- There is a construction nearby.
- The working times are usually from 9am to 5pm but sometimes it can be extended from 8am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
- Depending on the moment there may be loud and annoying noise.
- They are situations out of our hands and we cannot do anything.


This villa is in a unique ecological area where we try to be as respectful as we can with the nature. We would highly appreciate if you do not litter in the surrounding areas, turn off lights when you leave the place and respect animals in their natural habitat.
Pets are allowed with a deposit of 1000 USD ($300 USD are not refundable due to the necessary disinfection and deworming required by the government. Also because we need to do a deep cleaning in case future guests are allergic to cats & dogs) Thank you for your understanding

Beautiful Property!
The property was lovely. Once I booked the house for our trip, I was contacted by the e-waiter (Guillermo) to set up any chef services we wanted. The first night of arrival, we had the Welcome cocktail and taco tasting. So delicious and flavorful. The drinks was were amazing as well. We also used the chef services for breakfast which was delicious too. The food was so good, we added another taco tasting. The octopus was my favorite. We requested to have the same chef since he was so welcoming and personable. Guile was our Concierge during our stay in Tulum. He met us at the house and gave us a tour of the house. He was available for every question we asked. He was amazing! We definitely appreciated his services. He also arrived the day of our check out to ask us how about our stay. Definitely would like him as our concierge next time. House keeping was there daily as well. Oh don't hesitate to reserve the holistic massages. Totally amazing and affordable. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this one. We most likely will book one of their houses for April. Thank you!!

Fun Trip to Tulum
Property is AMAZING as you can tell from pics. AC units in all the buildings and rooms. The pool and waterfall are as epic in the pictures as you see. While there is a “hot tub” it’s actually just a section of the pool so you won’t be able to get full blown heated hot tub like you’d expect. This place is PERFECT for four separate couples to really enjoy their time and have their space as each room is secluded and have all their own bathrooms. You wouldn’t however want to put smaller kids by themselves in the two units adjacent to main house. They’re kind of like mother-in-law suites. Beach Clubs are great and make sure to check out Mayan Clay massage. We went walked to grab coffee and breakfast 2 blocks away each morning and neighborhood while tons construction felt safe. Prices are “American” expensive in Tulum right now as it’s grown so much since when we were there 5 years ago and everything was cheap. But it’s still got the Tulum vibes just larger scale and not on budget.

GREAT VRBO IN TULUM!
We had such a great time! The house is beautiful and is separated into different sections so guests can have their own privacy! It was very serene and peaceful at the end of the street! It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp with Guillermo. You will need a taxi to go anywhere in Tulum from where this VRBO is located but he gives you a taxi connection that always showed up on time to pick you up! The taxi company wasn't the best at picking us up from the Beach or town but it was great to use if you were going somewhere from the house! I also loved the chef service as well! The chef company messages you via WhatsApp, as well, and the food was amazing!!!! Tulum has many great restaraunts to offer but if you are looking for an easy breakfast or night in...the chef option is worth it! Very kind staff! Sadly, the hot tub was cold so we didn't get to use it but that is the only complaint that I have! House was very clean and would come back!

Fantastic villa!
Our trip was awesome! The house is close to downtown and all the popular spots. The check in process was easy and we were meet by the property Managment team that gave us the lay of the land. I highly recommend the chef services. They were outstanding. We only had a few issues. 1. The house is at the end of a neighbor hood that has a hole in the fence in the driveway where locals would pass though hourly. 2. The hot water heater didn’t work and we had to manually flip the breaker back on in the back quarters of the property. 3. The property manager did a walk though before we left and thanked us for how well we respected the villa. While we were on our flight home I received a email from the property manager saying they are charging us $19 after we paid thousands to stay there for two stained shower mats and one flat sheet. We were blown away by the email and very disappointed. It was hard to identify the stains from the photos they sent us. This is the only review I have ever written and it’s because I’m disappointed with the insulting $19 charge. Great place to stay but watch out! Frank
