The mattress was too soft, and the pillows were too firm, so I woke up with back pain. I’d recommend replacing the mattresses with something more neutral or at least offering guests a choice when booking

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were very rude. The shower water was warm for a few moments and then turned cold. You have to wait a long time to use the elevator. There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the rooms. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel

"This hotel is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is disgustingly gross and way too expensive and the rooms are way smaller than shown in the advertised pics and they smell so bad and they are so dirty. Never stay here"
