“The staff at this hotel was top notch. The room was clean, the bar and restaurant services were excellent, and the location was perfect. Alex and the other front desk staff were extra special and attentive to us as we were celebrating my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday on the 16th. Marriott Savannah for the win. “Parking fee should be included on total price, so everything is straightforward. Housekeeping was probably short staffed, we didn't have our room cleaned and we had to request extra towels. ”

“Great historical building right in the middle of the River Front Walk! Comfortable room. Complementary drinks from 4-6.. Very friendly staff. My only complaint was the elevator could be heard from my room so I was awakened frequently as a light sleeper. ”

“The hotel had great views of the Savannah Riverfront. I appreciated all the amenities offered throughout stay. The ferry service across the river was frequent and convenient access at several points along the Riverfront. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, engaging, and went out the extra mile to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“It was a good place to stay. Very convenient to shopping, the Pier and eating places. The only inconvenience was with the cleaning of our room. We stayed there for 3 days and never had our room cleaned. We piled the trash in the corner. Everything else was great. Very nice and friendly staff.”

“Nice hotel but they tell you that you have to pay $30 for Valet parking that there is no parking at the hotel. This is very misleading. There is a parking garage right across the street. We were there only one night and although the front desk tried to talk us out of it, we took our chances. Cost us $7 for our overnight stay. Pffft!”

“The room, roof pool, and breakfast were very good. The elevator was down and only 1 was working so wait times were long and you couldn’t realistically use the stairs to 7th floor with suitcases and kids. Also, I forgot an item in my hotel bathroom and they reported that the item had not been located which is hard to believe. It was hanging in the restroom so my assumption is that it was taken by staff and not turned in. ”

“Awesome newer hotel!!! Clean and in a good location. We walked to everything we did downtown with no problem. The gentleman that checked us in was the worst part of our entire stay. Didnt explain anything unless I asked and then when I did ask acted completely irritated. Was not impressed with him. Good thing I am not rating solely on him because if that was the case I would never recommend.”
