“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. “Clean room, and breakfast. Parking space is available but limited on front side. So we had to park little away from the hotel entrance, and that parking space is not paved.”

“Property is perfectly situated right on the beach for direct access. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are nice, but could use a little updating. Main issue with rooms is lack of drawers/storage. The expectation of tipping to the valet staff is a bit obnoxious and unnecessary considering the cost. The pools are great with or without kids. Overall I highly recommend and would go back”

“Overall good accommodations. We had concerns over past reviews about the bed being broken. Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving. I sent pictures and status of the bed and a few othe things to them after check in but no reply. The bed has a crack in the rail and……
