“Great location, felt home away from home, very clean. I was the issue checking in lol. All and all great host and great time.”

“Everything was clean and comfortable.”

“Great set up, convenient location to downtown Delaware, and easy to get in and out.”

“The apartment was exactly as it was listed. Lori went above and beyond to help us when needed. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean. It was a hot weekend, but the air conditioner made it very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking for a good place to stay in this area.”

“The CozyCondo is a small, beautifully quaint, simple, and certainly cozy place to stay! I would highly recommend it and will book it again should I need to come back to Columbus”

“Property was as listed. Newly renovated and everything you need was provided. Host was great / timely with communication”

“Nice location for enjoying the Brewery and German districts. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Charming house with a historic feel. Enjoyed having daily morning coffee on front porch. Lots of stairs inside to walk off all that German beer! The master bed was terribly lumpy. Both bedrooms felt warm at night in august. 1 upstairs bathroom, which was small. The shower was a bit challenging as it felt very narrow due to the surrounding shower curtains. The host made everything very easy which……

“Super convenient and great location for a visit to TOSU. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was great and property amenities were wonderful! The pool, clubhouse and the full kitchen in the condo was nice. We had a few minor issues and the host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“Wife and I stayed here during repairs on our home. It kept us in the neighborhood. It had the space we needed, walking distance to some good places (e.g., Parsons North Brewing, Plank's on Parsons, IGA, etc.).”

“The place was very clean and in a great location.”

“The rooms are clean and in a perfect location for a day at the Columbus Book Fair.”

“Property was not clean upon arrival. We got there later in the evening after a busy day. A management company tried to get a cleaning crew in there, but because of the hour were unable to and attempted to relocate us for the one night and then put us back in that location for the next night. That was not possible as we were exhausted and already settled in. Took it upon myself to wash the sheets and towels that were soiled from previous guest. Luckily, there is a washer and dryer in the……

“It was clean and the renter was very easy to talk to and very accommodating”

“It was great I recommend this place to anybody ”

“The host doesn’t advertise that this is an upstairs/downstairs unit so beware if you have littles. We got put in the downstairs and our upstairs “neighbors” for the entire weekend were extremely loud running up and down the stairs, stomping on the floor and playing loud music all hours of the night making it impossible for our twin babies to sleep. I would not have rented this had I known it was an upstairs/downstairs unit”

“Our family was in town for a celebration of life of a deceased family member. We were hoping to have a comfortable place to gather and spend time together. Instead we found the following problems. Visible mold in the dishwasher and under and around the sink. The dishware and cookware were not clean, plates and glasses were smeared. There was visible food reside on most of the pans or else they were non-stick and very visibly worn, and not safe to cook with.In the second-floor bedroom with……
