“Absolutely nothing special about this place. 1. Staff were neither helpful or specially polite. Asked front desk to have the room cleaned they only emptied the garbage. 2. Restaurants were super slow and food quality and taste was less than average. 3. Pools are too crowded and understaffed. Overall I’m not recommendations staying at this property unless your sole reason is to use the parks.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Pool was nice. Room was clean. If you’re staying overnight after a long day at Cedar Point, it’s close to the park.”

“My room wasn't clean at all, and the person at the front desk she had a very nasty attitude. And they charged me twice.”
