"The best thing is the height of the underground garage for tall vehicles and it is heated also. They have a ski storage room at the lobby. Two blocks from the Whistler base gondolas!! Friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed there many times over the last 20 years."

"Lovely hotel. The room was huge and the amenities were nice. Our non-lakeside room had a great view of the mountain and a comfortable sofa to see it from. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I would stay here again for sure!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel and staff were truly exceptional, Chris especially made our day with his kindness and attention. We were lucky to have a beautiful mountain view, and our king-size room with a sofa and fireplace made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and both the valet and bellman teams were professional and welcoming, especially Tom. The management clearly runs a great operation, everything felt seamless. The location is perfect as well, with plenty of shops nearby and easy walking access to the gondola. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you !"
