Staff were wonderful. I love having access to the backyard every morning to enjoy the foliage and sunshine. Great having someone make eggs to start the day. Had shower every morning, as it was a very hot stay. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Took long walks and the neighbourhoods were facinating. Would recommend this place to all.

We’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and although we got an “upgrade” to a suite (because the standard rooms were “sold out”), we were disappointed at the state of the room. The baseboards were all banged up and marked, the wooden furniture was also in need of a refresh. The room looked tired. Lamps unplugged, smears on the windows…We were only staying 1 night, so could deal with it. But not up to the expected par from previous years. We were in the West Tower - 5th floor.

Room was clean. Nice distance away from all activities (can walk pretty much anywhere). Staff was very accommodating with us wanting to add a few extra days to the trip and let us extend with the same room!
