It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was muffled noise of footsteps at times from the upstairs residents, but it didn’t disturb us. Otherwise, the property is very quiet. The location was very convenient to UBC and the other restaurants and locations we visited. There is free street parking right out front. We had a little trouble opening the front gate from the inside on two of the mornings, which may have been related to the cold weather.
