“So many ants in the room...”

“This place was decent for the price.”

“Mr White never used any of the 3. Nights and when the cancellation phone call was made early morning of the second day Chargers were still enforced and when cancellation was made for the third day and was reassured that he would not be charged for that night because of the 48 hour advance notice the credit card still was charged regardless, so this whole thing is not a good place”

“Everything was great except the people hanging out all day and night. Felt a little strange but didn't have any problems. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good nights sleep and a hot shower too.”

“The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The shower got two thumbs up, great pressure! Breakfast was filling, with a great assortment to choose from. The staff is great, informative and helpful. Shout out to Frandi, you certainly made use feel so welcome, like family! Parking is very convenient, with several entrances. This hotel is very conveniently located, just a short 5 minute drive from Nokomis Beach, and maybe another 3 minutes from the jetty. We had a great stay and will look forward……

“The rooms and property were very clean. The breakfast was very good and well organized. The room price was very reasonable. Good location.”

“Could not have asked for a better weekend. The property is lovely, historic and well kept. So many extras from provided snacks to bikes to beach needs. The owners were incredible - attentive, kind and generous. I could sit by that pool forever. We will absolutely be staying there on our next visit to the area.”

“Clean nice room. Nice staff. Good coffee ready early”

“Older property. Could use a bit more maintenance/upgrading for the price”

“Clean and comfortable”

“This Motel was wonderful, perfect room, nice sized fridge, very nice big shower. The room was nice, cold and clean. Love that you have windows to open. The owners were so kind. Our neighbors were very nice, nobody bothers you. It was nice not having housekeeping bothering you, or waiting to go in your room. If we needed anything a guy was on site to help if we needed more towels or trash bags and he was very nice to talk to. We were able to just enjoy our stay and it was awesome . I can't……

“They were so great and even left me a happy birthday surprise in my room!! Only thing I can say that I have complaints about is that they were allowing me late check out of 1pm saying it was a perk for my birthday. Well we decided to extend our stay one day extra and when late check out was mentioned they wouldn't do 1 pm. I felt like I almost was punished for staying an extra day by not getting my 1pm late check out as promised. :/ Other than that it was great. Room was great. Shower was……

“Very good, I will stay in this hotel in the future”
