"Site photos far ourweigh the actual status. Not a deluxe property as claimed. Furniture and cabinetry in room were in poor condition and in several places, masking tape was used to secure loose laminate. Nothing matched in the kitchenette. Dishware looked as if purchased separately at Goodwill store (which actually might have better stuff). Electric stove only had three functioning burners. Painted walls were scuffed and not repaired. There was no closet for hanging clothes. The only really nice area was the pool but there was a lot of trash strewn about. Could not contact the front desk from room - had to call in on cell phone to main number."

"Amazing staff, good location, easy to get to highways beaches and fun. I had a problem with the Plumbing the first night I was there. They had the plumbers in the next morning and fixed it right away.(the toilet ran after being flushed, no floods or anything like that.) I had a television problem they replaced the television in the room the next day. The staff was so accommodating and so helpful and so sweet. I’ve stayed there many times before and will continue to do so."

"Sits on a main road. The over all area, Venice is nice. The property was pretty bad. The room was tiny, dirty, stained sheets and smelled like urine. This place is gross!"
