Just a walk away to a beautiful Lake Front park with playground. Just a Bike ride away from the Indian River Lagoon and Capt Hirams and Earls Hideaway. Just a 15 Minute drive to the Beach and a 30 Minute drive to the Sebastian Inlet, that is famous for its Tidal Pool, Fishing and Surfing.

The property was very nice and spacious, the location was really private. The backyard had a lot of fruit trees and was located in a very nice neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions.
