We loved everything, from the very first moment until our departure. Wonderful staff, outstanding service. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The food is exceptional, of the highest standard. The staff’s attention to detail is beyond anything we are used to. We celebrated a birthday, and they knew exactly how to make it as special, elegant, and enjoyable as possible. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. No refrigerator in the room or water. It was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep due to the noise at night and early in the morning. Location is central.

Cons: You have to pay for something special for a birthday....this is the only hotel who ever done this and it was disappointing to not have at least something small complimentary. VERY far from the main city especially during traffic hours (and cabs are expensive) and the nearest bus stop is 20 ...
