Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel. All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk. The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊 The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool and have some drinks from the bar I would choose another hotel because the pol is super tiny and there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel. This being said ... definitely stay here if you are going to be out and about and just want to cool down after. Thanks to all the staff for making our time in Cozumel sooooo fun. Staff very friendly. We did not get the room we reserved though. We did not have hot water. The toilet clogged. We had to ask for toilet paper twice. And many restaurants were closed or had 1-2 hour waits each night.
