“Brad has great communication and provided spot on directions to access the unit. The outside was clean, there is a brand new fence surrounding to entire property, and the parking sport is conveniently located to the unit. The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos and it was SPOTLESS!!!! It was the right temperature, is inviting in every way, and has comfort level turned all the way up past 10. I don't know whose makes the mattress but I want one for my own home now. I slept super sound and……

“Great stay. All amenities were present and useful. Quiet neighborhood and a great place to rest and reset. Backyard allowed our pet to roam freely. ”

“The owner was very attentive and engaged before, during, and after our stay. The location was very close to the FSU campus which was perfect for us getting to all the graduation events we were attending. The residence is very well stocked to the point that it was a bit overstocked. The master bedroom has no closet and the chest of drawers in the room was over filled with a lot of extra towels and linens. This made unpacking a bit of a challenge since drawer space was limited.
