Amazing stay!
We had a great time at this unit in Waikolowa Village! Beautiful gated community with a gym, pool (quick access from the patio of the unit) and barbeques that looks as if they were brand new! Garage was well stocked with all the beach gear we needed. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Gorgeous unit perfect for families
They had ALL the things from beach cruiser bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach, kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t do a ton of cooking. Clean and awesome location to the pool and walking distance to everything. I wish I could say it was a Terrible location if you’re there for the triathlon (keep others away so we can have this every time we come back) 😜. But it was SO convenient.

Great location!
We loved C2 at Waikoloa Beach Villas. It was my husband, our 25 yo daughter and me. The location was perfect for us - close to A-bay beach and the sleeping green sea turtles!! Also close to shops and restaurants. We liked being able to go for walks around the community as well. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. There were so many thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stacy for making it all so easy for us.

Sweet Spot!

Beautiful, clean home
Property was exactly a described. Extremely clean, beds were comfy, probably the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at and the community facilities (pool, gym, etc) were in great condition and clean. Communication with property manager was very smooth and informative. I would highly recommend this property, and if I ever find myself on the big island again I hope it’s available for my trip.

Great location!
We have stayed in this area before and love the location. It is close to shopping, has a beautiful pool and the condo's are really nice. We had a few small issues with the condo during the week (smoke detector went off for an unidentifiable reason, foot of the bed was broken & the drain was clogged), but the management team was extremely responsive and everything was fixed immediately. I have to say that the managers of this condo unit were REALLY good. It was very clean and was a very comfortable place. Loved our week there!

Great unit in a fantastic location
We had a great family holiday. The unit had everything we needed and is close to the pool, shops, restaurants, and many beautiful beaches. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Waikoloa Vacation
We were very satisfied with our condo unit. Spacious, fully supplied, clean, comfy beds, ground level near pool, easy moving in and departure. Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops nearby made convenient shopping a plus. Our host, Stacey, was a super host, emailing informative details of our stay and friendly communication. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Great Experience
We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The place is well appointed with all the amenities you will need from the kitchen to the beach toys. C2 is a right by the pool and it was nice to have a garage spot and the extra parking spot for a second car. Stacy accommodated our every request and couldn't have been more attentive. Beautiful calm beach
Everything we needed was there. Pool was very nice. When we had an issue the property manager was very prompt in answering. The issue was our own fault! Sort drive or longer walk to the beach.

Amazing!!
We loved our stay here! Stacy, the property manager, was communicative and so helpful with tips about the island. The property was perfect for our family of 5- there was a pool steps from our patio and the unit was spacious. It was also SO clean and as well-stocked as you could ever ask for. We would 100% book this place again and had the best time on the island! Thank you Stacy!

Great stay
Well kept condo that was well stocked. It had everything I could think of and needed. Condo agent was extremely helpful prior to checking in and when checking in. My guests from Seattle really enjoyed it.

Perfect place to relax
Had a amazing time here, away from traffic and hustle and bustle but close to many amazing beaches. The pool and hot tub out back was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The beach 5 mins away has beautiful sunsets and we saw sea turtles along the coast. We took the paddle board here and you can watch the sunset from the paddle board. Marketplace across the street has tons of food options, sushi, poke, breakfast options, bbq, Dairy Queen and more.

Amazing Condo
This property is beautiful and well maintained. Pools and spa were great. As far as the unit C2, it was perfect in every way. Anything you could possibly need was there. Condo was spotless and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants were across the street. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place.

Waikoloa Beach Villa
A perfect location and beautiful property with a great pool right outside the backdoor of the unit. The garage stored beach chairs, boogie boards which was great for a day at the beach. A bonus is the Queen's Marketplace shopping center across the street which included a Starbucks and fully stocked market with freshly made salads and other items. We had a wonderful time.

Great Waikoloa beach condo!
We had a wonderful stay: the unit was clean, comfortable, and extremely well-appointed, including nice touches like a yoga mat, pantry basics, and family games. Excellent hosting (including advice about the area) and communications as well. Thanks for a great time!

Easy to find - great beach gear
Directions were easy. Communication was stellar before during and checkout time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The garage full of beach gear including shade umbrella/tent absolutely saved our very burnable skin. Made for an excellant vacation. One thing to note...if you're a smoker you have to walk all the way outside the entire condo property. C2 isn't too bad of a walk to the front gate though. Absolutely would stay again.

Perfect space and location!
Our first family trip to Hawaii with our four teenagers was amazing! This unit was perfect for us! The location was ideal as our kids could walk to nearby stores as well as the beach. We loved having the pool to use in the evening and also access to the weight room. The whole complex was clean and quiet and our unit was excellent with lots of amenities that made packing easier. Communication was excellent through the entire process and we felt well taken care of the whole time! Thank you for a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Probably the best vacation rental we’ve ever used!
This property was amazing! The property manager was in contact with us before we even arrived to the unit to ensure that we had arrived safe and sound from the airport. She kept in touch throughout our visit to make sure that our stay was going well and that everything was okay. The property itself was super clean, equipped with more amenities than we have ever had available to us from other rentals. The towels were Hotel Collection, and everything around the house was of high quality. You can tell that there was immense pride of ownership. We used all the beach stuff that they had available (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and cooler). Like I said, this place is well equipped. We loved the big island. It was strikingly beautiful. We will definitely be back, and I guarantee we will stay here again. We’ll also tell all our friends who visit the big island to stay there too.

Home away from home
Stacey was so attention and quick to respond to all my questions and needs. The place is clean, has all the necessary amenities such as air conditioners, washer/dryer, pool, shopping center close by, beach close by, cookware, and even a playpen for my 3 month old. Would definitely return. My family was very comfortable the entire stay.

Great Hawaiian vacay!
Great property! Clean, comfy, nicely furnished/supplied. Nice location-close to shops, beaches, and in center of the coast making most west side beaches and activities within 30 minute drive. Pool just off the lanai. Stacy the property manager was so awesome! We arrived after midnight so she had some staple groceries in the unit for us when we arrived. She was quick with responses and with good suggestions. I would definitely stay here again! 👍👍

Great place to stay!
We had an amazing stay here. It is in a great location and has everything you need. We went to the beach multiple days and had everything we needed right in the garage. The kids loved the pool and hot tub that was right outside the back door and it was never crowded. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.

beautiful property, as advertised
The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, well stocked activities in the garage. Boogie boards, snorkels, pool noodles, sand toys, coolers, beach chairs, pop-up shade, and even a stand up paddle board. The property was close (easy walking distance) to both the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops. The property manager, Stacy, was very helpful and assisted us throughout our trip. She made sure we had everything we needed to have an easy and comfortable stay. Zero qualms about staying here, would do it again.

Best stay - felt like home! Stay here!!!!
This was my daughter’s and I first trip to the Big Island and it was amazing! The place was beautiful exactly like the pictures! The details to all the kitchen supplies to the towels and linens was perfect. The garage right was right there and the stocked beach chairs umbrella and toys was great! Stacy, the property manager, was so kind, and super helpful with our late arrival and the she even got us groceries and was calming when the rental car place might have closed as our flight was delayed and there are not just taxis waiting at the airport - she was booked a taxi for me! She was the best and I felt like we weren’t alone which made this first trip since the pandemic fantastic! I want to come back with more of our family and would only stay here!!!! This was the best stay ever! I 100% recommend Julie and Mike’s place if you go to the big island!!

My husband and I travelled with another couple. The condo was perfect for us! Beautiful!
The property manager Stacy was awesome! She checked in with us often and right after the Mauna Loa eruption to make sure we were ok and answer any questions. That eased our concerns. Loved the condo! King beds in both bedrooms very comfy. Lots of supplies already there. The location is the best! Walking distance to shops restaurants and beach. Pool right outside the patio! Would rent again for sure!

Location unbeatable, Gem ABNB
We had a fabulous stay. ABNB well stocked and comfortable and clean. Includes patio, garden view with shared pool, and personal washer/dryer. Lots of water toys, chairs, snorkel gear and paddle board etc. located next to shopping markets Queens and Kings. The A beach is only 10 min walk away with unbeatable sunsets. Amazing Condo Location with an Excellent Property Manager
The condo offered an amazing central location to the Waikoloa Resort area. It was one of the closest buildings to the entrance which made it easy to walk to both the Queens Marketplace or the Kings Shops. The pool between C and D Building was closed during our trip which was not previously advised prior to our arrival. But there was an additional pool between A and B Building that we could use. The pool was on the smaller side especially being the only one available for all condo units in the complex. The pool only had 8 chairs available which made it a little crowded at times. However, the unit itself and excellent communication from the Property Manager more than made up for this. The condo was clean and well designed, maintained and taken cared of, while also provided more than ample supplies for our family. Stacy, the Property Manager, definitely was such a gem to work with. She stayed in communication with me prior to properly prepare for our arrival and even during our stay to ensure everything was running smoothly. She really made it such a comfortable experience for us. The unit even provided a binder of helpful island information of places to eat, things to do and see. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a centrally located condo unit in the Waikoloa area.

Great stay!
Overall a great 2 bed rm apartment, great for family of 5 or under. Plenty of kitchen utensils, enough of daily need within the apartment. Location is 35 minutes from Kona, so depending on your expectations, this is 15 minutes walk away or 3 minutes drive away from "A" beach, which is big and beautiful comparing to any other beaches we visited on west coast. The host is very helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful. The garage is full of beach tools such as paddle board, snorkel, and boogie board, which I later learned if you rent from store they will be like $20 a day range. I like the beautiful neighborhood and the convenient pool/gym. Something to note: the mosquitos on the patio pretty much prevented us from using the patio meaningfully, the host ordered a insect zapper that didn't help much, but I also realized that such small black mosquitos are pretty common on big island and considering the shared lawns at the backyard it is probably not an easy issue to solve individually unless you spray killers in large scale. This is a condo type of property, the family kids above us woke up really early like 5-6am in the morning and woke me up for the first few days until they were gone.

Awesome Stay!!
The unit is very clean and the description on the listing is pretty accurate. They have quite a few beach chairs, noodles, snorkel masks, fins etc kept in the garage which came in handy. Lots of books and board game to unwind after a long day on the beach. The best part is that the unit is at walking distance to the queens shopping center which really helped with the shopping!! Stacy is very kind and super helpful and is only a text or phone call away. Would love to come back again!!

Amazing Condo in Waikoloa!
This property is amazing! There is not one detail that is missed. Everything is top of the line, furniture, decorations, linens, kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities. We loved the location of this property, we have two teenagers and everything is within walking distance to give them some freedom - Theaters, food court, market, shopping. There are two amazing pools one right in front of this condo and one about 100 yards away, Lots of BBQ's to be able for them to make hamburgers or hotdogs while my husband and I went to a nice dinner. They rented e-bike from Bikeworks and they would ride to A-Bay or the black sand beach at Mauna Lani. Really a great location for teenagers. There is a beautiful lanai at the property that overlooks the main pool great to sit out there and read and enjoy the beautiful Big Island weather. Stacy (property manager) made all of our dinner reservations and activity reservation and she was outstanding, booked us in some amazing restaurants and the tours were exactly what I like (small and personalized). We would definitely rent this place again there is nothing that I would change with this trip. Mahalo nui loa for extending your amazing place to us. Aloha!

A Gem in Waikoloa
We enjoyed our stay at C2. The rental was super clean. Check in was a breeze. Stacy was an excellent property manager and gave out awesome recommendations. Everything was as described in the listing- all very new! The rental came with a good collection of snorkels and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked. Close walking distance to the shops and the beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.
