“Very clean and quiet! Conveniently located close to Jamestown bridge and only 25 minutes to Narragansett Beach. Could use coffee machines, the blinds work well but also could use curtains. The parking lot is well lit which is good but some light bleeds in . They gave me a voucher for a free coffee from a shop close by and honestly it was very good! Everything seems new inside.”

“The management at this hotel is incredibly rude, hostile, and unprofessional. While outside with visitors who had a small mini Goldendoodle, a man with no uniform, name tag, or identification approached us and, without even saying hello, immediately demanded: “What room are you in? Are you staying here? Which room?” I wrote it down because the interaction was so shockingly rude. I asked, “Who are you?” and only then did he say he worked there. He claimed guests had complained about the dog.……

“Got this as a gift for our anniversary. This is really a wedding venue and most folks seem to stay for the wedding and are up late and making noise and then out the next day. We had a 2 night stay - no room cleaning service for the price. We were just around corner from reception which doubles as a wine bar in afternoon, hangout in evenings and breakfast bar in am. Place is somewhat old and so you hear everything. At 10:45 when they are still chatting at wine bar and then when revelers come……
