Can't say enough about the property and it's management. Cleanest place I've ever been in. The room was quiet and the bed very comfy. Management was great---professional and very accommodating. Great variety of food for breakfast and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was spotlessly clean! The parking was easy and the area safe with walkable restaurants. It’s very close to first beach and the cliff walk. The coffee, fresh fruit and grab able breakfast options were perfect for us as well. The owner was super friendly with a very easy check in. I hope to stay again next time we are in Newport!

This property was phenomenal. The energy was welcoming from the start. The room was very clean, not a speck of dust was found. A very cute and spacious room. The area of the inn was perfect as well. A good walk to the beach, local food places you can walk to all around, close to Newport where you can shop and eat. It was an enjoyable stay, affordable, and lovely. Will book again.

Tony was very accommodating when i called to confirm my reservation, and made sure i could get the key early before the wedding in case we got to our room very late . would be sure to stay there again when in Newport . vary clean and comfortable .

The owner was very pleasant to engage with and made my family feel comfortable the whole time. Service was great, rooms were clean and close walking distance to the beach makes it an ideal spot for any family on a vacation. I would fully recommend this place to anyone!

This place was perfect! Stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was so worth it after a long day of fishing! The whole property was so clean and beautiful. The room was absolutely spotless and even smelled clean which was refreshing. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great experience, would recommend. Check in is early at 2:00 which is super convenient for us as travelers. Great location by the beach, close enough to walk to sites! Lots of snacks and food available, good fresh food, not commonly seen while traveling always available!
