I recently stayed at this property for four nights and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and I repeatedly had to request basic necessities such as towels and toilet paper from the front desk. This made me feel as though guest needs were not being prioritized.
Additionally, I had specifically booked an accessible room due to a recent injury that limited my mobility and required the accessible bathroom features. Upon check-in, the front desk questioned why I had reserved an accessible room, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Accessibility rooms are provided for a reason, and guests should never feel pressured to justify their needs.
Overall, I hope the property takes steps to improve guest service and better train staff on sensitivity and accessibility awareness.
