“Ac unit were out first three nights of stay and I noted before arrival I have asthma Mini fridge keeps things “chill” not cold or frozen from freezer part Manager isn’t responsive to customers Tub doesn’t drain while showering Some outlets don’t work Bathroom light stopped working while preparing for work on morning 4”

“When I walked into my suite, I noticed a smell of pot and cigarettes and the room smelled musty. The room also had a humid feel to it, that even the air-conditioning did not help. I was able to take a bath in the in-suite spa tub the first night and the water was clear. But when I ran water for a bath the second night, the water came out brown and the jets turned brown too, so I skipped my bath. Just a suggestion: in the bathroom, there needs to be a handicapped rail and in the in-suite……

“We were just there for a quick stop over, but could not use the shower due to build up in the drain that wouldn’t allow water to drain, and sent black gunk swirling when we turned on the water. There were also bugs, but dead and alive, in the living room. It has potential, but seems to need a new cleaning service!”
