Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. After learning that I booked through Expedia, I was told that Expedia ‘kept doing that’ to them and that there were……

“The price was right. The curtains need to cover the entire window and need to be room darkening. Sheets need to be replaced, show ware. Over all it was a good stay.”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”
