The staff at the front desk were new to their job and did not know what to do. They had to go in the back for instructions Overall our suite was tremendous. We at at the Lookout yummy food!!

I loved the beautiful, historic common places and the artwork. The view from the pool and the restaurant are marvelous, and I liked that the pool opened at 6AM so I could take a relaxing morning swim. Front desk staff was very good. The concierge was very helpful and remembered my name when I spoke with her a second time. The Victorian afternoon tea was lovely. Classy place. I was traveling alone but it would be a perfect place for a romantic weekend or an event weekend. Also, not far from the River Walk, so a good place to stay for a fun weekend like for Octoberfest. I enjoyed watching the World Cup at several River Walk spots
