“There's no creamer for the coffee. Our room was next to the elevator. We heard it all night long. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The highway noise is very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Sink leaked onto the bathroom counter. Location was convient to the highway and to Pittsburgh.”

No sign on the front of the building so I wasn't sure if I was at the right place. The room was clean, but not well maintained. Loose toilet seat, loose tub faucet, and extremely slippery tub. Would not stay again.”

“I used to think that Hampton Inn was a hotel where you would always receive the same standard of service and maintenance. Clearly, that’s not the case. I travel a lot for my business and usually stay at Marriott properties. But, I hadn’t stayed in Hilton properties for a while, so I decided to try some again to see how they compared.
