The hotel is amazing and Its location has mountains of character The room was lovely and clean. The decoration was immaculate and thoughtful. The breakfast was wonderful with the options many and the quality very high the staff were friendly throughout and the parking excellent. The only thing that could be an issue might be air conditioning, but I’m saying that when writing this in the middle of a heat wave. The thick walls are a mitigation for this.

The whole experience was super friendly super efficient, just about quietest hotel room I have had. Would highly recommend

Inside the apartment the couch was very old. Bed was good and kitchen was OK. It was clean but the area it is in.... not very good. There are two stored very close by where food can be pirchased.

Clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff, close to the station for easy access to trains to Cardiff.

Beautiful hotel, great location, immaculate and picturesque gardens. Rooms well decorated, clean, really can't complain about the aesthetics. Staff attentive. Breakfast choice very good and delicious. Our only complaint was the noise in the beer garden. The weather was really good, and so, attracted people (guests & non guests) to the beer garden. Music stopped playing at 1110, however, a number of people remained until approx 1am and were so loud, they (non guests) were asked by staff at 1220 to tone it down, they didn't. Another call made to reception and they finally left the garden at approx 1am. We're not party poppers, by an stretch, but it was too much - a simple policy to vacate that area at a certain time, would help going forward. We like to stay here, but will only come back if we knew that there was arestriction on noise levels after say 1130. Everything else 9 or 10/10.
