“It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. I didn't ask for anything, but they treated us to a bottle of white wine and a box of chocolate, which was above my expectations! Beyond that, they upgraded us to a corner room. It means a lot to us because of the Taste of Chicago event, I got to see the fireworks from the huge windows. Highlighted our honeymoon, thank you,……

“早餐还不错。设施有点旧”

“This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The walls are thin, so you can hear some noise but it didn’t bother me. Very clean and elegant hotel!”

“The hygiene was terrible, and the pillows smelled strongly of bleach, which made it very difficult for me to sleep all night!”

“Nice place!”

“The breakfast was pretty standard and sometimes not tasty. The gym didn't have dumbbells. Aside from that, it was fine.”

“好”

“Positives: Nice location, friendly staff. Downside: No room service Odd fact: Breakfast was a bowl of Froot loops and M&Ms.”

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room, even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

“The things in the room are old. Especially the bathroom is very dirty and the toilet hasn't been cleaned.”
