"I stayed at another location the week before about 10-15 minute drive away which was disappointing. This hotel was a breath of fresh air. It is perfect for business. There is a work space separated from the sleeping area. I should have booked a handicap accessible room. I parked in a handicap spot but after walking in, I lugged my bags up two flights of stairs. I am sure there are elevators somewhere but it was late and I didn’t want to walk anymore to find them. This is on me and I will make sure to book an easily accessible room next time. If highway noise bothers you, make sure to bring ear plugs. The room felt very clean and I appreciated the wipe provider next to the remote. For some reason it surprised me and it was a thoughtful touch. Bottles of shampoo and conditioner ha g in the shower and a light citrus smelling lotion bottle hangs next to the sink. I will book here again. I have told my coworkers to book here and not go to the place I stayed at the week before which was the same price. "

"I want to draw attention to the great customer service I received from the young man who helped me check in. After driving for several hours, I was ready to rest, so I was disappointed to hear that he saw no record of my reservation. I reviewed my Expedia booking to confirm with him that I was at the correct hotel on the correct day. He did some electronic digging, and after some anxious waiting, I heard him say, "Well, we didn't receive your reservation properly, but I can see that you paid Expedia. I don't know exactly what is going on with this, because we do routinely receive reservations through Expedia, but the manager can look into that tomorrow. I will make you a reservation through our system directly for $0.00 so you can check in and not deal with any of this." I was delighted. This was professional, thoughtful, and kind. He saw that he didn't have to accept fault or solve the puzzle in order to help me. Let's just get this tired traveler a room. What a guy! Also, I really appreciated the free breakfast offerings. Look, any hotel can pile on the luxury if guests shell out the money in one way or another. I slept well here at a place that, to me, exceeded my expectations for the price I paid."

"I been on a travel assignment for a month the hotel was great I felt really safe the front desk staff was great also the house keeping kept my room clean I never had to call for service also all the staff knew me by name they also made sure I got breakfast every morning I always left 30 mins before breakfast was served and they made sure the food and coffe was hotel thank you guys for going above and beyond if I’m ever in the area again I will be staying "
