Pretty average corporate hotel; clean and quiet. Had wanted to use the hot tub but the jets were not working. When I told the desk clerk he said "oh, yeah, sorry about that" but did not offer any more, even though I had booked this particular place because it had a hot tub. Sheraton needs a better policy when an advertised feature is not functional. Maybe a free breakfast? The tub does not drain when the shower is in use. was disappointed to find no maid service on sunday when we came back after being gone all day.
