Room was exceptionally clean and had a fabulous view. Despite being on the front, it was very quiet.

The place was extremely dirty and the smell was unbearable. There was pills on the floor. It was just so horrible that we couldn't stay there.

We had a great stay at Fairhaven Hotel. The family room was comfortable and a good size, and the location of the hotel was perfect for direct access to the beach and other local amenitiies
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and my son loved the breakfasts!
We would definitely stay again in the future.

Went away for a night with my partner and we didn't sleep great the bed was slightly uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin we could hear conversations while walking through the corridor. The room itself seemed a bit dirty there were marks on the shelves of the bedside tables and what looked like mold around the window and a small hole in the wall. However the beach is right on the door step and there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.
