The room was so. cool The Tv room 212 not working they changed me room 211 same thing et the bathroom heat not working i couldn't over night its was cold.

Was nothing like the room pictures. How you could allow such a property to be on your site is beyond me. I checkout 5 min after checking in. Could not be bothered pursuing a refund . I am putting it down to a lesson learned and will use other sites for future bookings. Horrible experience !

Absolutely awful. Heat was not on, after repeated requests it warmed very slightly. Half of the lights did not work in the room, television did not work. It was dirty, pillows were almost flat and management would not provide extra. it took 7 minutes for the shower to reach a tolerable temperature. Front door was damaged and seemed unsafe. Wifi was incredibly slow. Walls were very thin, could hear any neighbors.

Under the bed has an inch of dust. Only one channel worked on cable. There was no hot water in shower so they moved me to another. But there was no cable in there . The window had an inch gap to let cold air in and couldn’t be closed as it was the wrong size window so help you by a wood stick. No fitted sheets just two top sheets. No phone to call to front desk.
