Cozy place, nice people, good parking availability. Transport to the ski area not offered, room wasn’t very clean (dog hair all over), the heater had a mind of its own and wasn’t fixed. But the facilities are very nice. The restaurant has great food, but operates only for a few hours.

I didn't like that the shower didn't have hot water, only lukewarm. But I liked the free drink, the hot tub, the bed and room were very comfortable.

Property was very nice and the guys that drive the shuttle were awesome. Beautiful place to stay my only recommendation is making sure you don’t get a room near the exit doors on the north side of the property. There is no slow close on the door and they slam shut making a really loud bang every time and it starts around 6am and is fairly constant from then on.

We stayed on the 1st floor which I do not recommend. The quiet time was not enforced so we could not get a good night rest. Hotel was otherwise clean, staff were friendly and pool and hot tub were a bonus.

We've stayed here 4 times during winter. The individual rooms are VERY nice; the bed is comfortable, and it's nice that the hotel has a restaurant and bar. We WILL return!

The lodge was relaxing and rustic just as we were looking for. We wanted a mountain esq hotel while still keeping the luxury. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bar were wonderful. It was located in a good spot for lots of recreational activities and close enough to town to walk and shop and dine.

The only thing I didn't like it that you can't reach the shower knob from outside of the shower. Getting blasted with cold water was quite uncomfortable.

I've stayed at several Whitefish properties in past 10 years and Grouse Mtn Lodge is now one of my favorites. Very clean with a great Montana vibe. Staff was very accommodating. Restaurant was great with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Close to skiing at Whitefish Mountain and very close to Whitefish Lake if you were here in the summertime. Property is right on the golf course too, and was full of cross-country skiers getting some exercise.

Property is well maintained and feels extremely safe. Friendly staff, nice hot tub/pool and the sauna was a great bonus! Parking was easy and close to entrance doors. Food was delicious as we dined a couple of times there. Definitely warm and cozy with the fireplaces going, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Coffee and water station at your convenience was handy. Parking lot was cleared every morning if there was snow accumulation. We will definitely be back and loved every minute!!
