“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is very outdated and could use significant updates. The bathtub was visibly stained, the light switches had turned yellow with age, and the window A/C unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The bed only came with two pillows, and they were very thin, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. The biggest issue was check-in. Although the website states that check-in is available at any time, we arrived around 1:00 a.m. and found no……

“Where do I start … check in was ok , room was awful first thing I got was strong smell of weed and cigarettes when I booked a smoke free room I was traveling with a baby, I went to the front desk and informed them there was no way I can stay in that room , they gave me another room that gad a cigarette smell by this time I just need to relax after a long day , I ask if they had a crib it clearly said they have them on the page he said they don’t have them ,I ask for extra pillow he said tomorrow……
