Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice.

Fantastic property, with an exceptional front of house team! Breakfast deserves a special mention.

Great stay and perfect location!

Bright and stylish rooms in excellent neighborhood right outside Tiergarten. Bed and pillows not the most comfortable. Maid service impeccable.

The property was not walkable to the train, shopping, or restaurants. Anything you wanted to do you needed to take a taxi. The property was very clean, staff was friendly. The property was either new or newly renovated. All the rooms had wood floors which was great in terms of hygiene. The downside, you could hear the footsteps of the people above you. With each step you could hear the pounding into the floors which made it next to impossible to sleep. For this reason I would not recommend staying here.
