Great location for the property. The restaurants on site are below average unfortunately. The food comes out cold and is overly Americanized. For all the money we pay to stay here, we ended up finding better food options off the resort. The staff are nice people but seem irritated when you ask for help with the simplest things. Overall, the rooms are the best part of the resort -- spacious, great natural light, and LARGE balconies :). I will certainly return to Curacao but would not return here to stay. The food and large rats that came out at night completely turned me off.

The hotel was a very nice the staff was polite and attentive. All I suggested is that they have people bring drinks to you while you at the pool and the beach this would be great the food they need to change up the buffet each da I felt like it was the same thing every day. Otherwise than that the rooms were good … also they need to invest in have 2 queens size beds for those that have double occupancy in a room not everyone comes as a couple’s .

There was rats in the restaurant, the seafood and bbq restaurant food is very nasty. No top shelf liquor. No activities in the night time at the hotel.

The resort was good for all inclusive purposes. The bbq and omelet station were the best food on the property. The beach was very nice with very blue water, several photo ops, just a little rocky at some parts. The staff in the lobby were great. The lighting in the rooms could use some updating, not make up friendly at all, and my lights went out a couple times. The big dresser should be moved out of the way of the AC unit to properly cool the room. I would wake up sweating sometimes. Besides that pretty good resort. Family friendly. If anything the some of the guests made my experience not as enjoyable as I would have liked it to be.

Service is sub par, our room was not as advertised in the pictures! Make sure to read through the full description, they include pictures of plunge pools for all the suites and most do not have one! Our rooms lights did not function the entire day ! We asked twice to have it serviced and this wasn’t done until 7pm! When we complained that we had to shower in the dark, and that water was slow and didn’t drain properly… we were offered a palata which was an umbrella at the beach! Hmm are t those free !? We had to argue for an hour with the front desk until they finally agreed to give us a new room. The ladies were nice but come on! This was definitely not the resort experience we are used to. All in all, would not return here if I come back to Curaçao. Nothing special about any of it

We stayed for 11 nights, and my 18-month-old baby thoroughly enjoyed all the areas. We loved the drinks and the staff was very friendly. The best restaurant for sure is Cor and Don. The buffet also has many options. The only downside we noticed after several nights was the presence of rusted appliances in the room such as the door handle, trash can, ligths, all the gold stuff you see in the rooms are rusted. One important point to note is that if you sleep with the air conditioning below 21 degrees Celsius, you will likely be too hot. Unfortunately, the AC temperature cannot be lowered. Therefore, pack lightweight pajamas for your family, as you'll likely be sleeping in T-shirts. Finally, it's important to mention that the hotel lobby restroom, lacks baby changing stations. This caused inconvenience upon arrival, as we had to wait for check-in and urgently change my baby. Thankfully, a staff member from the lobby allowed us to use the luggage room for this purpose, which was quite uncomfortable.

Choosing this resort was a gift of its own. I’ve been to many other Caribbean islands but this has to be my favorite. It turned out the owner is Turkish and all meats are halal once it’s not pork. I was so glad from that on top of that many dining options plus you get to dine in at the resort near by as well which is owned by the same owner which is amazing as they got Mexican food, Mediterranean and TURKISH! yes Turkish food this trip felt like I went on a mini Turkey trip to Antalya. And yes I have been to Turkey twice! This was an amazing trip for my mother’s birthday! She was so pleased and glad that we had so many options to choose from to eat rather than only eating fish and veggies! Do not skip the Turkish restaurant at the sister hotel their Adana kababs mind blown! To know a mini Turkey is just two hours away in the Caribbean is a treat! The staff is amazing not to mention the chicken nuggets at the snack bar is way better than McDonald's which I had to go all the way Dubai to get halal ones don’t skip on those! I’m beyond satisfied from this resort would go again for sure and bring more family here! Only thing I would change is not to have the non halal meat aka (pork) near the halal meats it should be kept in a completely separate area at the buffet! Other than that all restaurants food is great at Italian their soup and spaghetti bolognese is amazing! At the seafood restaurant their shrimp tempura is amazing! There is a 24hrs cafe the tiramisu is amazing!
