“The room was clean. Staff we polite, however they left me seated in the lobby while checking to see if my room was ready and no one returned. I waited for an hour before inquiring on the status, and was then given my key. The property was well kept and quiet. The accessible room was very nice with walk in shower. I chose the hotel for its free airport shuttle and was not disappointed. Very friendly driver took great care to help with luggage and assist me in and out of the vehicle. I did……

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“Needs AC. No one to ask for assistance. Code to front door wasn’t correct. Door access pad only has numbers 1-5. Our access code had 7 and 9 in it as well. . Without another patron we would’ve never gotten inside to access our room.”

“Perfect hotel. Loved the location, great pool. Room was large and comfortable. Also enjoyed the breakfast. Excellent staff who were very responsive and friendly.”

“Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!”

“The room was very clean other than they have carpet and I never feel like carpet is really clean. The lobby and hotel inside were very clean and well kept. However the outside could be made to look abit nicer. The one thing that I felt could have been better is having security near the main front door to try to keep the homeless people from begging to guests at the front door. It made me feel uncomfortable around the hotel grounds. But again I understand there isn’t much that can be done about……

“For starters there was no hot water available in the room, either in the sink or the shower. The fridge did not work, and the phone in the room had no cable, so was not functional. At breakfast the restaurant was understaffed with servers who appeared not to know their job. We informed staff we were in a hurry but did not get drinks for 30 mins, and our breakfast arrived after 50 minutes, just as we had to leave. They also got our orders mixed up and brought my wife - who is celiac - a gluten……

“The hotel is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the hallways were very quiet making it easy to sleep. The shower had amazing water pressure! We would definitely stay there again”

“I really have nothing to say in reference to liking the property. I was very surprised. It was probably one of the worst hotels or in. I should say that I’ve ever been in. We booked because it was walking distance to a concert there. The lady on the front desk, Nora was very kind and helping us through the ordeal, but in regards to management the manager, Natasha was not accommodating when it came to refunding our booking. We walked into the hotel checked in, looked at our room. I was not……
