"Not sure if all housekeeping staff follow the rules and procedures. There were some young housekeepers who did not full fill his duties. My wife happens to be in the room while they were cleaning and she doubts the housekeeper brought new sheets to change. Also, dirty mop water to mop. Toilet bowl flapper needs to be changed as water was continually running time to time. informed the front desk and told me it will be taken care of but I don't think they did. There was line up for waffle maker as there was only one machine."

"Clean and comfortable hotel for myelf and my mom, 5 year old and 1 year old. The view from dining area was beautiful overlooking the waterfront. The restaurant was quick and delicious and had colouring for the kids. At checkout the host provided us with cold water bottles and fresh cookies for the kids! So kind :)"
