It’s a nice property. i like a room with bright natural light and this hotel has a number of rooms with one dormer window and lots of dark wood beams

I loved the old charm of this property…exposed wooden beams in the room and a fantastic view of the old downtown buildings. Loved it!

Very nice room. Everything old though. Drapes and window sheers had holes and blanket was paper thin with holes. Towels were thin and hard. Front desk staff were lovely and friendly they were the only staff we saw. Hotel is old and some wings have musty old smell, but it is one of downtowns older buildings so I guess that’s to be expected. Some upgrades on carpeting, window coverings, bedding and towels would make a big difference.
