“Stayed there for 5 nights. They only cleaned the room after the first night and never again. Each day we asked them to please clean it. Asked for clean towels, but they couldn't give us facecloths because aparantly there werent any clean. Elevator kept breaking down. And we were even stuck it in and had to get maintenance to get us out. I might add that on two previous stays at this hotel the elevator broke down. The elevator definitely needs an upgrade. And although it is the closest……

“Was nice room, good view . Breakfast was supposed to be included but because we booked on Expedia when we went down to breakfast they said it didn’t count. Not very good customer service”

“Carol is a wonderful accommodating host taking the time to check in on us that everything was suitable. The Roses is so charming and comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay there. ”

“A good location, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work, but the TV in the room next to me worked because I heard everything coming out of it through the paper thin walls all night. Loud corridors and the fridge in the room was loud in operation. The breakfast choices were very limited for people with dietary restrictions. I’m celiac, and they couldn’t offer gluten-free bread. I ordered a vegetarian omelette for breakfast, which came with chunks of pork……

“Took husband in for a medical procedure and this was reason we weee staying there. But was not told tht if ww booked on expedia, we wount get anything off for the hotel, then we never got breakfast with it because of same reason which was unfair. And then we changed rooms to help a commate a couple qith children and was not offered evwn a free breakfast for that. Not enough cups for a cuppa tea, only 2 tea bags, not enough blankets, no mention of a pool or spa on site. Liked the hotel but needs……

“Check in was quick and easy. They didn’t ask for my Hilton honors membership number at check in and was also charged for parking. Room was clean and spacious. We have stayed here many of times and will likely return. ”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”
