"Property was clean however everything look old and some items were broken. Barcarde was the main reason kids wanted to go here and there was not card available to use until day 6 of our stayed AND we have to pay to get a card to load money and use which didnt last anything. Not worthy. Staff looking around in the pool were mean. Kids took off their life jacket to eat for a minute and they went and collected them right away and put them away even after we told them they just took it off to eat and were going to wear them again right away. "

"The hotel was ok, typical hotel, nothing special. What i do have a problem with is buying tickets for a theme park through Expedia and 2 days before the scheduled park they said they couldn't give us the tickets. Now waiting on a refund. Hooefully that doesnt take a long time."
