“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“Family of 6, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a balcony, building 6, on the 6th floor. Was a great resort, every staff member we came across was nice, they were always working and cleaning. Answered my questions with no hesitation. Only thing was there was only 1 elevator available in our building cause the other one was down, im happy it didnt cause too much of a inconvenience, will come back again for sure”
