El personal del hotel fue muy amable .. Desayuno caliente camas ricas .. el servicio de limpieza usted lo pide y listo.. Fui a Boston por la boda de mi sobrino menor hubo un accidente y el pastor los casaría terminó en el hospital.. Saben dónde se realizó la boda.. En el Hotel..🙏 No tengo palabras para describir tanta amabilidad ... Graciasss..

Fue más la experiencia con expedía hizo la reservación y cuando llegó al hotel me dicen que no encuentran la reservación que hize con expedía y tuve que hace una directa con el hotel y expedía me cobró cargos

Realmente excelente
Encantados con todo: habitaciones espaciosas, camas muy comidas, mobiliario y decoración de excelente calidad. Aparté el personal habla español y siempre están dispuestos a colaborarte. Tienen piscina con yacuzi climatizado ideal para el descanso después de un día en Boston en el lobby disponible a toda hora café,crema,te, chocolate. El área de desayuno espaciosa y la comida muy buena en variedad y cantidad. En la zona diversos negocios para compras y comida. Excelente después de una visita a Boston para que te apartes de la ciudad necesitas carro obligatoriamente pero vale la pena

I had good time relaxing and shopping. The hotel has good installations and facilities, just the business center is not working well in terms of print services.

At first impression this is a clean and updated property. The check in staff was super friendly and offered us water and peanuts to take into the room. The layout of the rooms is very nice and different than your average hotel room. It has nice wood built-ins. The bed was extra comfy and breakfast was above average for a free hotel breakfast. Overall, I wish I had a reason to come back to this hotel because it really impressed us.

We were really impressed with this property. Free, fresh coffee service in the lobby all the time, a gorgeous looking indoor pool we sadly didn’t have time to enjoy, and a pretty decent (nothing spectacular but still good) free breakfast buffet were the highlights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was everything we hoped for and more. A sports team of nine-year-old boys and their families were making their presence quite known when we checked in, but the check-in desk thankfully put us far away from them. Will definitely look for this hotel again next time we’re in town.

It was a last minute booking on my part. But besides the slightly confusing check in directions online it was easy as can be in person. From the night guy with blue and navy blue long sleeve sweater was amazing as well as the morning guy with the baby blue long sleeve( I think made cole or corn) don’t remember. Also have to shoutout the older would and gentlemen with the beard for breakfast kept an eye to make sure everything was stocked as well as gave a final call for people like me that lost track of time to see breakfast time was over. Love the property as a whole!

The mattress was so worn out it was like sleeping on the floor. The parking lot was full of cars and trucks that were taking 2 or more parking spots. Staff said that those were residents (people who live there) and there was nothing they could do. Heaven forbid someone takes only 1 spot or the staff makes them park like a civilized human being... I parked across in a lot for an office building fully expecting my car to be towed -- thankfully it wasn't room was overdue for basic maintenance - lotion dispenser half torn off the wall. Refrigerator that gurgled until I unplugged it. Toilet mounted 15 degrees towards the wall... NEVER staying there again.
