“This property is absolutely charming. From the decor to the comfortable beds. We were in town for a family reunion and this space was perfect! We were able to get some cooking done for the Sunday family dinner instead of everything being rush, rush, at the facility we were hosting our reunion at. The neighboorhood was extremely quiet and welcoming. We felt safe, especially since Demetric has taken security precautions very seriously. “We rented this house for a night to accommodate guests for my daughter's wedding on 11/8/25. It is GORGEOUS! Right on Lake Blackshear, with beautiful views of the lake from many rooms in the house. Very spacious- there were 10 guests total, but definitely room for more. Debbie was extremely gracious and very quick to answer any questions I had. If you're going to spend time in the Cordele/Warwick/Lake Blackshear area, this is the place to be!! My daughter, her husband and guests were so pleased……

“We had a fantastic stay and didn’t want to leave. The place is very clean and we enjoyed sitting outside on the bar deck by the pool in the mornings listening to the birds. It’s very peaceful and the yard is beautifully kept. Inside there were video games to keep us entertained. The bedrooms and bath are well appointed and comfortable. The owner clearly cares about the details and it shows. We’re telling our friends and family that this is the place to book! Definitely would stay here again! ”

“We had a great stay at the Southern Farmhouse. We came to town for the Sunbelt Ag Expo and it was perfect to hold our group. The 3 bedrooms with en suite baths and the a full bath downstairs made it a perfect stay for our group to get ready for events. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Private and quiet location with wonderful outside spaces too. Thank you for a nice place. ”
