“It may be the best in Ashburn but is old and dated. It was a decent value for the low room price.”

“Pictures online are a bit misleading, the facility is very dated, rooms are clean, but bathroom was so dated that it could not be truly clean. First room had a ceiling leak and mold smell, second room was better, but still pretty dated. Staff was great.”

“The air conditioner was effective and the environment appeared safe. You need to think about better tv programming services or tv use. I only had one channel to visit while I was there and the channel was Fox News. ”

“This hotel was dirty and disgusting. Please please please do not stay here. I pay so much money for two day and I would have been better off in motel 6”

“Upon checking in, I was charged an early check in fee because I didn't call to say I would be late - though I was driving from NC to GA. The desk clerk was less than cordial - I guess she was having a bad day? My room was on the second floor. The entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, despite a signs saying "No Smoking". The room had laminate flooring with gaps in the boards, which I'm guessing was to disguise the fact that people smoked in the hotel. There was no smoke detector in the room……

“They were renovating. We had a “new” room. Didn’t feel like a punch list was don’t on the room. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned after the renovation. Bathroom walls were filthy with drywall dust. Floor was filthy. I could see lots of daylight around our door, which led to the outdoors. Couldn’t call the front desk from the room. Phone didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk person for ice. In the morning before we left, cleaning supervisor barged into our room without even knocking 2……

“My only issue was the bar closing so early on a Saturday night. But overall staff and stay was great”

“There is no breakfast, you have to pay for it. The coffee I purchased came straight from container we have in our apartment complex very nasty not worth the money. I Ubered so I can’t speak on the parking ”

“I’ve bucket was in the bathroom there was mold in the shower sink was leaking toilet dirty dont ever go there even if you need some sleep stay far away from Red Roof Inn”

“Clean room ”

“The room was clean, staff was very nice. It was an older building, but the rooms looked well maintained. The beds were high, and very firm. I would stay there again. But the place is two story and no elevator, so if stairs are an issue , that could be an issue.”

“We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, we arroved and was told it was out of order. The bathrooms and carpet need replaced-stains yuk! The toilets squeeled when flushed and our room phone dodnt work when I jeeded tp call the front desk. ”

“I booked an accessible room. No accessible room was available upon arrival. My husband and I both have physical disabilities so having an accessible room is of utmost importance. Front desk clerk was very unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. Had to go seek hotel room elsewhere.”

“Breakfast was a good way to start the day without stopping and eating somewhere else.”

“Traveling for work, needed a simple place for one night. I didn’t even go in. Looked dingy with linens draping over the windows and abandoned other than a couple of young kids playing in the parking lot. Not a suitable stay”

“This place was not clean , people was play cars outside of they door . It look like a hoe hotel. People look homeless . This place look unsafe . Please don’t come here , I was scary .”
