Continent breakfast self-served buffet or hot, customised English breakfast That take quite a while. If come by train, need to get a taxi ride of 8-10 minutes. We arrived late in the evening. Have to queue for half an hour at the taxi stop.”

“The staff at the desk and the event room staff were very helpful but the house keeping left a lot to be desired they only partially vacuumed the room once in our six day stay and only have of the time restock the condiments and toiletries and one day they couldn’t be bothered to put the bag in wast bin . And we booked a executive room and was give what appeared to be two joining compact Room with no where to sit which is the reason we booked the executive room they did off different room one……

“We loved everything the the cave hotel offered,this time we only had a one night stay and our last stay was quite a while ago but on returning we certainly where not disappointed it was special we had our evening meal with them and that was wonderful we couldn’t take breakfast much to our disappointment it our room was really clean and welcoming really quite special as was everything about the CaveCastle Hotel Well done to every member of staff”
