“Luxury room Clean tidy Wonderful restaurant “RISE””

“Really great hotel with so much attention to detail. Record players in the room and a huge selection of records is a really nice touch. The Radio was on when we arrived to our room and the Pantry is generous & a really unique touch. Canadian lady on the Bar was knowledgeable & super friendly (Pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the extensive bar menu was priced). Just really really cool & great location.”

“非法嘈吵！根本無辦法開窗！無法開窗，也沒有空氣流動。還好洒店員工提供多一把風扇。另一間房有濃烈油漆味，非常失望！”

“Great national Trust venue/hotel. Given it is old the windows rattle and no air con or fridge in the room. However if you are looking for a great place to stay with an old time experience, this could be the place for you.”

“Great location! Around 5 mins walk from the rail station. The room is premium and large. Well equipped with everything you need (except I didn't see a fridge though). The breakfast is nice exceythe black pudding is a bit dry. Two things I was not that satisfied. 1) there's some kind of smell like humidity. But ofc I got used to it in 5 mins... 2) I sometimes heard leaking (should be water going from the tubes but sounds like leaking). However all the rests are above my expectations so I still……
