“The bedding and towels were of good quality and the room was clean however the general state of maintenance was very poor. The ensuite smelled of rot as evidenced in the state of the bath surround. The fan sounded like a jet engine. The window was almost impossible to put up or down but needed to be up to dissipate the smell of the bathroom. The hallways also smelt musty and there are lots of stairs up and down with your luggage. I would not stay here again.”

“We can honestly say we have found a hidden gem with this beautiful B&B. Not sure where to start from the moment we got there Catherine was so welcoming and friendly then we got to see the gorgeous country cottage style kitchen if you wanted to use kitchen facilities then the stunning bedroom with very tasteful decor and and tea & coffee making facilities in the room, elegant bathroom with spacious walk in shower.
The breakfast wow great selection of cold breakfast items and a delicious cooked……

“The Oddfellows Arms, Leeds.
Overnight stop. Housed in an old barn at the back of the pub.
Pros: Was a good size with ensuite, twin room as all that was available. TV and kettle with Yorkshire tea bags. Bed was comfortable and was quiet overnight. Pub sells good beer no food unfortunately but chip shop across the road.
Negatives: shower had no pressure and was Luke warm”

“Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.”
