The most beautiful hidden gem here in ZJJ. The host made you feel a part of her family and made the best home cooked meals during our trip. Hotel was very clean and modern!

Overall 5 star experience but some warnings for future guests.
- though the pictures attached to this hotel has an infinity pool there is in fact no longer a pool. I realize now that the description of amenities doesn’t say there is a pool, but I totally missed that bc the pool is featured in so many pictures.
- the luxury double room that is quite pricey is apparently not necessarily what you will get. They showed me to a room on the ground floor where everyone in the restaurant would be looking right into my room, vs the panoramic mountain views that came with the listing. When I brought this up they were very gracious to switch me to a family room.
Service was great, food was great, I really cannot fault them but I left feeling like I would need to be really careful booking future hotels in China because I really don’t trust anymore that the extra splurge will actually pay off.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy.
The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient.
I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

"The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered ..."

"This was a great property, clean and the staff were very helpful, giving tips on where to go and arranging tickets and a car to take us to the train station. The place was clean and well maintained. It was on the river and easy to get to and from the old town. Really a great place overall."
