"Location of property was excellent on beach front and near DMall with close proximity to many eateries and bars. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of food but was disappointing with the “hot” food options being cold, such as fried eggs and heated food not hot in the bain marie. Omelette station was in the corner creating major congestion, with bacon eggs sausage and people waiting on omelettes. Layout could be improved for better flow. Food was hardly topped up especially during busy times resulting in many selections being empty, resulting in a “stingie” feel Roof top infinity pool was great. Cocktails were very watered down. Housekeeping staff were great."

"The manager that helped us check I was so helpful. Every time we would pass by an employee they would smile and say hello. Everyone was so welcoming and so helpful. Transportation into the city was easy to obtain via the hotel. One of the best experiences in my life. The hotel is clean the rooms are beautiful and clean. I would 100000% Stay here again."

"Great family resort. Breakfast ok, food in restaurants lovely. Staff fab & once we understood transport from airport to resort it was great. I feel more explaining of process from getting from Boracay airport to Boracay island. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Incredible property to stay in. Wonderful staff, well-maintained property, beautiful location. I want to give it 5 stars but have a few things to note - We booked beachfront room which is a bit more expensive than the seaview room. I wanted to splurge a little more because I wanted a beachfront view. However, I was disappointed with a few things - - beachfront rooms mean that if they have an event on their beachfront, it will be incredibly loud. Their sliding doors are not soundproof so you will hear all the loud noise from the party. We let the staff know how incredibly loud it was and they told us, their manager is on the way to lower the volume. I dont think they were telling the truth. The volume remained the same. It would have been nice if they let us know about the noise beforehand and maybe provided earplugs. We wanted our stay to be peaceful but instead it was incredibly noisy especially for our first night. - bathroom situation- I dont mind glass walls on a bathroom. However, they had glass walls even for the toilet with no way to provide privacy while you are there. I dont like this. There should be privacy when you use the toilet. Thats bare minimum. Secondly, the blings on the bathroom broke on us third time. It kept getting stuck for the first two times. Then the third time, the blinds completely fell into the tub. So Janky. - they provide slippers you can use outdoors but I wish they provided slippers to use in the room. It would have been more helpful"

"The place is on point with SERVICE even the Philippine Airlines. I could be have a rough day and the staff from both place just made it better with a simple hello, good morning and the pleasantries though out the day! The fact that it’s in station 1 makes it even better when you come back to a relaxing place! The staff well let’s just say it’s all about you ask MAR and the rest of the staff Mar made my stay happier than I thought it was going to be by just greeting me every day!"

"Great staff service and the room was clean early on which allowed us to check in earlier with no charge. Air conditioning was average, not too cold and not hot either. The free breakfast buffet had limited options and although some food weren’t to my taste, there were options for everybody. Overall great stay and we would book here again"
