“這次入住3個晚上，整體而言客房的整潔乾淨、全體服務人員也是非常的熱情，態度很好，整個住宿體驗幾乎可說是滿分，唯獨在最後Check out的時候，因為浴室裏的一個肥皂盒的破損，有一些小爭執，我們說不曾移動過那物件，更別說摔落，後來繼續溝通ㄧ會兒，櫃檯人員只是一直強調破損是新的，意思就是我們用的，之後我不想繼續爭執下去，其實也沒多少錢，也不想影響後面行程渡假的心情，就賠償給他們！但是難道就沒有一種可能，是清潔人員不注意摔到那物件導致破損嗎？”

“A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. We opted for dinner at the hotel each night and lunch on our last day and were delighted……

"這次入住3個晚上，整體而言客房的整潔乾淨、全體服務人員也是非常的熱情，態度很好，整個住宿體驗幾乎可說是滿分，唯獨在最後Check out的時候，因為浴室裏的一個肥皂盒的破損，有一些小爭執，我們說不曾移動過那物件，更別說摔落，後來繼續溝通ㄧ會兒，櫃檯人員只是一直強調破損是新的，意思就是我們用的，之後我不想繼續爭執下去，其實也沒多少錢，也不想影響後面行程渡假的心情，就賠償給他們！但是難道就沒有一種可能，是清潔人員不注意摔到那物件導致破損嗎？"
