"The Manadarin staff meeting us at the airport to take us to the dock were very courteous and provided great customer service! As well as the Captain of the boat and his crew. The hotel staff received us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! They provided quality customer service! The room attendant kept our room cleaned and stocked! The pool staff also greeted us with a smile as well as the bar staff! All the la Fiesta restaurant staff greeted us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! Mr. John Mar provided outstanding customer service!! He is very attentive to all his customers. He ensured our coffee lattes we're replenished. He also brought fruits and fresh fruit drinks to out table. He is a fine representative and asset to the the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. This is our second time staying at the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. We have recommended this hotel to our family and friends and they too have stayed at this h beautiful Hotel!!"
