“I have two negatives for this property. One, make sure if you can't hike up stairs you say so up front. Second, there was no hot water. Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard. I had to complain, debate, and show them the listing to……

“The room had been neglected before we came to stay here. There were ants crawling around the whole room and a couple cockroaches and centipede as well. We had to ask for the room the be cleaned because of this. When we brought our concerns to the staff they did not seem to care about their guests concerns. They ended up cleaning it but they came back and even ended up in our food. We requested a refund not only because it wasn’t clean but it was a far way from the beach strip, nothing was done……

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Glo’s Space Boracay D’Mall! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of D’Mall, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the island. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy, quiet, and safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly……

“Staff was great Room was a bit dusty Restroom needed attention Under the sink cabinet a bit of water leakage causing the room to smell musty overtime Pool was excellent to use just pay 200 a day per person Room was quiet which was great to sleep Get ready to walk up the hill great way to get your exercise”
