Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the rugged desert landscape with guided ATV tours through the scenic Mohave Valley. Nearby Lake Havasu offers refreshing water activities, while the historic Route 66 in Kingman provides a nostalgic glimpse into America's highway heritage.
This was a pleasant stopping point on a long road trip. The rooms have been recently remodeled, and the walls were thick enough that we didn’t del with noise from neighboring rooms.

This older hotel has been very tastefully renovated. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of plug-ins for your devices. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Management was friendly and helpful. A bit bare bones but that’s reflected in the low rates. A great place for travelers on a budget who want a clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel.

Very clean, well maintained motel. It's old school, which is perfect for Rte 66....it's been a while.since i used an actual key for a hotel room. 👍

The location of the property was very convenient. Lots of places to walk to and close to the lake. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only complaint is you can hear cars at all hours because it’s close to busy street.

We were friendly greeted upon check in, we were checked on at our little lodge to make sure everything was working properly. It was clean, stocked with linens and kitchen utensils, and quiet. We had a nice time here. Upon check out, we were asked again if everything was ok with our stay. It was our first time at a KOA property, and very happy with the experience.

I’ve been staying at the Landing for little over a year now. Awesome service and great staff. Even on busy holiday weeks the areas are kept up pretty clean and makes your weekend easy and enjoyable

Heidi at the front desk is wonderful. She makes you feel welcome and makes check in easy. I stay here when in town and the Italian restaurant behind them is a short walk for amazing food.

We were on a road trip to Arizona for the holidays and came across this hotel. The winter rates were great, as well as the customer service, bar, etc. Would be so fun in the summer with the pool, huge bar and marina. Beautiful views from the rooms which were huge and very clean with lots of amenities.

What's the difference between a Yucca guest house and a B&B?
A guest house in Yucca is typically a larger establishment with more rooms, offering a more hotel-like experience, and may provide additional amenities including luxury bedding. In contrast, a B&B is usually a smaller property that focuses primarily on providing a room and breakfast. A B&B is often more personal, and breakfast is typically included as part of the stay, but other services might be more limited compared to a guest house.
